Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise

  • Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of PPS CoE

  • Course cancellations or rescheduling by PPS CoE will be communicated in advance

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All course materials, content, videos, designs, and documents are the intellectual property of PPS CoE

  • Users are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share content without written permission

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action

User Conduct

  • By using our services, you agree:

  • Not to share login credentials or course access with others

  • To maintain respectful communication with mentors and staff

Certification

  • Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of course requirements

  • PPS CoE reserves the right to withhold certification if criteria are not met

  • PPS CoE is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or courses

  • We do not guarantee job placement; however, we provide guidance and support for career development

Account Suspension or Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Misuse of platform is detected

  • Fraudulent activities are identified
