Refund Policy

Introduction

At PPS CoE (Centre of Excellence), we strive to deliver high-quality training and learning experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our courses and services.

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to this policy.

General Refund Policy

Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable
Refunds, if any, will be processed only under specific conditions mentioned below
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If a user has made multiple payments for the same course
Technical Issues: If the user is unable to access the course due to verified technical problems from our side
Course Cancellation by PPS CoE: If a course is cancelled or not delivered as promised

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after enrollment
عدم participation or incomplete attendance
Lack of time or personal schedule conflicts
Failure to complete the course requirements
Dissatisfaction without valid and verifiable reasons

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

Send an email to marketing@ppspl.in
Include full name, course name, payment details, and reason for request
Submit the request within 7 days of payment/enrollment

All requests will be reviewed, and the decision will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an alternative agreed method
Any transaction charges or processing fees may be deducted

Course Rescheduling / Transfer

In certain cases, instead of a refund, users may be offered:
a. Course rescheduling
b. Transfer to another batch or course
This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Changes to Refund Policy

PPS CoE reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
